SHOW DESCRIPTION

Join us for the soaring and inspiring new musical, Gabriel, by Richmond creators Jerold Solomon, Foster Solomon and Ron Klipp. Gabriel tells the story of Gabriel’s Rebellion, the largest and most sophisticated planned slave uprising in Virginia and American history. Gabriel was a literate blacksmith born in the Richmond area in 1776 who became a force for justice and social conscience. While George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Patrick Henry fought for independence, Gabriel grew up witnessing the promise of liberty denied to more than 300,000 enslaved Virginians. In 1800, fueled by faith and conviction, Gabriel risked—and ultimately sacrificed—his life for freedom. With 15 cast members and 20 powerful songs played by a live band, this fully realized professional musical production will inspire and stir your spirit!

ATLAS PARTNERSHIP GROUP TICKET POLICY

GROUP TICKETS: For groups of 50+, one (1) complimentary ticket will be provided per group for the group leader. For student matinee groups, one (1) complimentary ticket will be provided for a teacher/chaperone per 20 students. A 25% deposit is required to reserve group tickets. Final payment is due no later than 10 business days prior to the performance. Once full payment is received, tickets are nonrefundable. Exchanges for a different performance may be allowed with at least 10 business days’ notice, subject to availability. If a performance is cancelled, the group will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund. If the group cancels before the final payment deadline, the deposit will be forfeited. PAYMENT METHODS:

• Group tickets may be purchased by check or money order mailed to ATLAS Partnership (address below). To purchase group tickets by credit card, please call our ticket line for assistance (804-310-3493). Group tickets may not be purchased online directly by the customer.

TRANSACTION FEES:

• Group tickets purchased over the phone via credit card will incur a per-ticket service and processing fee, collected by the ticketing platform.

• Group tickets purchased via check/money order will not incur any fees.
